Confess is defined as to tell or make known (something, such as something wrong or damaging to oneself) or to acknowledge (sin) to God. You've heard the phrase that confession is good for the soul. This is true! When you agree with God and acknowledge your sins, he will forgive you. You don't have to pretend with Him. Be transparent. Be honest. Be free. Be forgiven.
